Thomas H. Eliot Residential College

Thomas H. Eliot Residential College was founded in 2010 and is comprised of Thomas Eliot and Thomas Eliot B houses. It is named after Thomas H. Eliot who once served in the U.S. House of Representatives, and served as the university’s 12th Chancellor. Today, our residential college is affectionately known as Eliot.

Two-person suites, each having its own private bathroom. Kitchens on each floor and laundry in each building, along with a number of study spaces, a computer lab and a multipurpose room.

    Each week residents have the opportunity to come together in community and enjoy a snack that is voted on weekly by the residents and hosted by the College Council.
  • Gator Welcome Week
    Gator Welcome Week is a week-long celebration of the Res College. Sponsored by the Resident Advisors, Gator Welcome Week features events every night.
  • Eliot Lawn Games
    Eliot residents celebrate the start of spring with a full day of outdoor festivities on the Eliot Lawn.
