Bear Adventures Trips

Bear Adventures gives WashU students the opportunity to get off campus and experience some of the best attractions in the St. Louis region.

Bear Balance Program

The Bear Balance program helps members of the WashU Community reach their fitness goals through the first three months of the year.

BearFit Classes

WashU Rec offers a versatile schedule of BearFit classes led by our experienced team of instructors.

BearFit Pilates Reformers

WashU Rec has five Balanced Body Allegro 2 Pilates reformers with tower systems, located in the South 40 Fitness Center.

BearFit Training

Train one-on-one or in a group setting led by a certified BearFit instructor at the Sumers Recreation Center.

Elevated Track

Located on the south end of Level 2 overlooking the Rec Courts, the Elevated Track is 1/10-mile long with three lanes for walking, jogging, and running.

Equipment and Towel Lending

Equipment and towel lending is available at the equipment desk, located on Level 2 of the Sumers Recreation Center.
