Position Summary

The Student Website Assistant * is responsible for updating content on websites within the division of Student Affairs, with an emphasis on the Student Experience website, This position plays an important role in accurate and timely dissemination of information for the Division and its departments with a focus on incoming and current student audiences.

Primary Tasks

  • Update and create posts, pages and other content on WordPress websites.
  • Create and update web forms using the WordPress Formidable plug-in.
  • Create content that complies with division and university style guidelines.
  • Test and confirm updates to websites.
  • Make requested updates in a timely way and identify and respond to priority/urgent requests for updates immediately.

Training on WordPress and Formidable will be provided.
