Tiffany Pargo

Tiffany Pargo is currently a fourth year Clinical Psychology PsyD practicum student from Ponce Health Sciences University and a Psychology Practicum Trainee at the Center for Counseling and Psychological Services. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Case Western Reserve University and her Master’s degree in professional counseling from Lindenwood University. She has spent over 14 years working as a licensed professional counselor in a variety of settings and with varied populations, including non-profit community mental health, juvenile residential programs, psychosocial rehabilitation programs, schools, active military personnel and veterans, and private practice.

Tiffany is passionate about helping people identify, normalize, and work through their feelings so they can be happier, healthier, and have better communication and relationships. Her style is honest and direct with plenty of empathy and understanding. Tiffany provides short term, solution-focused therapy using interpersonal, acceptance-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to teach clients tools for how to improve their lives, help overcome personal challenges and barriers, support decision making, and taking the power back in their lives.
