Tarsha is an innovative and collaborative leader with a wealth of experience across student affairs, academic affairs, and the division of equity, diversity, and inclusion. Prior to joining the TRiO team, Tarsha worked as a project manager in the Office of the Provost at Washington University in St. Louis as well as served as an Assistant Director for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
