Mena O'Connor

Mena’s educational background includes a Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from the Florida State University, graduating cum laude and with Phi Beta Kappa honors. She holds a state license to practice psychotherapy and is board certified in clinical social work in the state of Missouri. Mena’s areas of interest include PTSD, anxiety, sexual abuse and assault, relationship and couples work, and life transitions. She has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, and the Gottman Method for couples work. Mena has served the mental health community in St. Louis for the past 25 years and it is her honor to serve the students of Washington University.
