Mark Schlafly

Mark is a 25-year financial services industry veteran whose distinguished career included serving as the President & CEO of FSC Securities Corporation, which had 220 home office staff and 1300 advisors, and Executive Committee Board Member of the Massachusetts Bay, Big Brother Big Sisters. He is currently a board member and independent trustee of both Vertical Capital and Magni Global. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from St. Louis University and is a graduate of the Securities Institute from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mark and his wife Teresa are both from St. Louis and have two children, Luke who is 35 and Claire who is 34. During their free time, Mark and Teresa love to travel and also to walk/bike Forest Park.
