Kelsey Trammel

Administrative Coordinator for the Office of Scholar Programs, they/them/theirs

Kelsey is a St. Louis transplant originally hailing from Kansas City, Missouri. After earning their Bachelor of Science in Animal Science in 2015 at the University of Missouri–Columbia, they pursued a career dedicated to the advancement of translational biomedical research. Before coming to the OSP, Kelsey worked for six years in various roles on the Washington University Medical School campus, supporting medical and scientific advancement within the Department of Comparative Medicine, and as a research technician within the Department of Pediatrics.

Kelsey is also a volunteer for the St. Louis Queer+ Support Helpline, a grassroots community organization dedicated to the holistic and comprehensive well-being of trans and queer St. Louisans. They are passionate about creating equitable and safe environments, and building strong and lasting community relationships and connections.

Kelsey serves the OSP as the Administrative Coordinator. They are happy to welcome students, faculty, and guests into our office space, and can assist with any inquiries regarding the Office of Scholars Programs, including general questions, upcoming events and deadlines, and planning campus visits.
