Throughout my recruiting career I have specialized in the Information Technology, Healthcare and Nonprofit Industries. Every day, I am excited to bring my experience to the Washington University Career Center to build relationships with employers and alumni to develop internship and post graduate opportunities for current WashU students.

What phrase or sentence explains how you define success?

Success is defined differently by each person. I encourage everyone to consider your proudest achievements and view success as a process. Success can be short-term wins, like reaching daily, weekly and monthly goals. Viewing success as a process can help you focus on small accomplishments that lead to a major achievement.
