Hiring Manager: Kelly Cannon
Typical duties include
- Fielding the phone calls in the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs. Offering assistance, when appropriate, and forwarding inquiries or feedback on to the appropriate office or individual
- Providing directions for guests in the Danforth University Center;
- Providing support to staff by way of miscellaneous office projects
This role will entail a physical presence in the DUC though we plan to schedule these student assistants at one per shift. Safety precautions will include a plexiglass barrier on our reception desk. Our office staff will be in the office at a reduced capacity to abide by social distancing guidelines.
