WashU 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) Now Mandatory for Students

Two-factor authentication

Deadline for enrollment: September 12, 2019

This fall, WashU 2FA two-step authentication provided by Duo will become mandatory for students. You must enroll to use WUSTL Key enabled applications when away from campus and the Washington University network. This means students must be enrolled in WashU 2FA to access these applications when off campus and away from WashU networks in town, traveling domestically or traveling internationally. This service expanded to reduce the impacts of phishing campaigns. The WashU 2FA expansion extends the two-factor authentication remote access requirement to most WUSTL Key integrated systems, including the Office 365 web app, Learn@Work, and ONE.wustl. It also includes the HRMS system, and the SIS Systems just to name a few.
