Residential Life Space Access Request

This form is to request student access to Residential Life facilities. It should be completed by a faculty or staff member or such as a course instructor or an advisor for a student group. Students are not permitted to submit access requests for themselves or on behalf of other students.

If you feel that you should have access to a Residential Life space that you currently do not have access to, please email Residential Life at reslife@wustl.edu and we will review your request.
