Northside Residential Communities

Many of our upperclass students live on the Northside, which consists of residential communities on the Northwest corner of the Danforth Campus and in our neighborhoods near campus. Each of which provides a variety of programs and amenities for students to enjoy.

All rooms include the following for reach resident: Bed and mattress (extra long twin, 36″x 80″); Desk and chair; Dresser and closet space; Central air conditioning; Small recycling bin

Rooms may also have:

  • Mini-blinds
  • Adjustable height beds (allowing for more storage space)
  • Carpeting

Apartments North

Apartments North Residential Community is comprised of 15 off-campus residential properties in the Parkview Gardens, Ames Place/Rosedale Heights and Skinker-DeBaliviere neighborhoods that surround Washington University in St. Louis.

Apartments South

Apartments South Residential Community is comprised of four on-campus and nine off-campus residential properties in the Ames Place/Rosedale Heights neighborhood. Apartments South has a variety of residential living options including 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom, 5-bedroom, 6-bedroom, and 8-bedroom style apartment units. Each apartment complex has its own unique layout, furnishings, and amenities to match the independent lifestyle you desire!
