Once a story is submitted, the Center for Diversity and Inclusion will care for your voice in the following ways:

• Names will be changed to pseudonyms.
• Stories may be edited for clarity, for creative purposes or combined
with other stories to meet the production’s requirements.
• Your story may be selected to be use in this year’s production of
Our Names, Our Stories or in following years.
• You will be notified if your story is selected for use.
• We will attempt to contact you about how your story will be showcased in regards to edits, combinations etc.
