Sport Clubs

Rowing Club

WashU sponsors 40 sport clubs that offer students the opportunity to participate in a sport or physical activity in an organized setting.

Sport clubs are a popular option for students interested in a sport that WashU does not offer at the varsity level, or for students who want to compete collegiately without the time commitment required of a varsity sport. Many sport clubs compete against other colleges and universities at the local, regional and national level.

Some sport clubs are non-competitive, offering students an avenue to be involved in a recreational pursuit such as badminton, sailing or rock climbing.

Many sport clubs practice and compete at South Campus, located at 6501 Clayton Rd., Clayton, MO 63105.
