Friday, September 20th

Cocktails at the Vice Chancellor’s House (5 University Lane, Clayton, MO 63105)
7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
To welcome and celebrate the arrival of our distinguished alums back to the Washington University campus, we are hosting a cocktail event at Vice Chancellor Lori S. White’s home. Come mix and mingle with other alums.


Saturday, September 21st

State of Rodriguez & Recognizing Annika’s Legacy
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. | Holmes Lounge
Come learn about the past accomplishments, current endeavors, and future goals of the Rodriguez Program. We will also spend time recognizing Annika Rodriguez and how her memory continues to move us forward. Coffee and pastries will be provided.

Picnic & Networking
12:00 – 2:00 p.m. | McMillan Courtyard (Rain Location: Women’s Building Formal Lounge)
Scholars and Alums enjoy a picnic lunch, and time reconnect with old friends, meet new scholars and create new connections. Food will be provided from Sugarfire BBQ.

Annika Rodriguez Mural Reveal
2:00 – 3:00 p.m. | Danforth University Center Fun Room
Join us for the revealing of the Annika Rodriguez 20th Anniversary Mural. This mural will honor Annika’s legacy and our combined efforts in paving the path to social justice. Meet the mural artist along with WashU community members to celebrate this incredibly important addition to the WashU campus.

Saturday – Evening Gala
6:00 – 10:00 p.m. | Majorette! (7150 Manchester Ave, St. Louis, MO 63143)
The pinnacle event of the weekend, the 20th Anniversary Gala, will be our final moment to celebrate the legacy of Annika, alums, and future of Rodriguez. Event location will be off-campus, dinner & drinks will be served, and attire is semi-formal.


Sunday, September 22nd

Sunday Farewell and Breakfast
9:30 – 11:30 a.m. | Office of Scholar Programs (Women’s Building Suite 005)
The anniversary weekend will be capped off with a breakfast and opportunity for alums, scholars, and staff to share goodbyes until our next Rodriguez event.
