WashU Rec has five Balanced Body Allegro 2 Pilates reformers with tower systems, located in the South 40 Fitness Center.

BearFit Training
Train one-on-one or in a group setting led by a certified BearFit instructor at the Sumers Recreation Center.

Cooking Classes
The WashU Office of Recreation partners with Dining Services to provide nutrition programming throughout the academic year.

Elevated Track
Located on the south end of Level 2 overlooking the Rec Courts, the Elevated Track is 1/10-mile long with three lanes for walking, jogging, and running.
