Once you submit this form, OISS will review within 3 business days. Depending on whether the Portal Account Reset link is available, you will receive a password reset email from do-not-reply.SEVP@ice.dhs.gov within three business days. If you do not receive a password reset, you will receive an email from your OISS Advisor that a data fix request was submitted to SEVP to add the link to your record. This request has taken SEVP 2-3 weeks to update. Unfortunately, OISS is unable to expedite the process..
