I work with graduate students and postdoctoral appointees in all disciplines. My background includes higher education administration, non-profit policy research, and consulting. As a WashU PhD (History), I enjoy supporting PhD students and postdocs in career exploration, professional development, and especially in crafting written materials to communicate their qualifications for a variety of career paths.
