Ms. Herzog received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Brandeis University and her Master of Social Work degree from the George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University with an emphasis on mental health and family therapy. Ms. Herzog is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Missouri and has provided mental health services for more than 10 years. Prior to joining Washington University, she served as a therapist and Assistant Clinical Director at a St. Louis based eating disorder treatment facility. Her treatment approach combines insight oriented psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. Her professional areas of interest include eating disorders, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship/interpersonal issues and concerns. Ms. Herzog is a member of the National Association of Social Workers as well as the Missouri Society for Clinical Social Work. She is also a member of the eating disorders treatment team.
