Focus Areas: program management, program policy and procedures, disability training and outreach, liaison with Academic Schools and campus partners, exam accommodations, proctoring and alternative text conversion.

Erika’s primary responsibilities as Interim Assistant Director are to manage the Disability Resources unit as well as to collaborate with campus partners to expand opportunities for students with disabilities. She is also responsible for managing the implementation of exam accommodations, including the supervision of student Proctors. Her background is in sociology, communication and disability in higher education. When not on campus Erika enjoys camping and hiking with her dog Willow.
